When leadership isn’t aligned, nothing else works.

Be Know Do partners with healthcare and nonprofit leaders — including those doing the hard work in rural America — to build organizations where people understand the direction, know what’s expected, and follow through. Not a cookie-cutter approach. A real working partnership, built around your situation.

Who’s behind Be Know Do

I’ve led healthcare and nonprofit organizations. I’ve served in the military. I’ve worked in corporate America. What I’ve found — and proven more than once — is that the challenges leaders face are remarkably similar across all of them. The solutions, though, need to be anything but cookie-cutter.

Be Know Do exists because I believe mission-driven organizations and the communities they serve deserve experienced, practical, relationship-first support. My purpose is being an advocate for the underserved — and for the people taking on the hard work of supporting a community, especially in places that don’t always get attention.

“Only the people who get you deserve you. I’d rather have a short conversation that leads nowhere than a long engagement that doesn’t fit.”
What makes this different
No obligation conversation first. If we’re not a good fit, we’ll both know it early — and move on. Your time is too valuable for anything else.
Built around your situation. Sometimes that means coaching. Sometimes facilitation. Sometimes just being a sounding board. The title matters less than the outcome.
Authenticity is a core value, not a tagline. You’ll get honest opinions, “I don’t know” when I don’t, and a partner who’s not successful unless you are.
Ready to start?

Let’s have a real conversation.

No pitch, no pressure. Tell me what’s happening in your organization and we’ll see if there’s a good fit. If there isn’t, you’ll at least have another lens on the situation.
